Matt Bishop is a bodybuilder based in Miami, Florida. He is an Ambassador for ANIMAL Pak and is currently preparing for the 2026 upcoming contest season after taking 2 years away from the stage to improve. He is coached by IFBB Pro Kirill Khudaiev and trains at Elev8tion Limited in Miami.

By day, Matt is an experiential project management powerhouse, developing premium experiences for some of the world’s most well-respected brands. Similar to bodybuilding, Matt’s high standards have served him well professionally.

In 2022, luck met an opportunity when Ryan Murphy cast him as Big Daddy in the hit series American Horror Story: New York City, which premiered on October 19th, 2022 on FX and streamed on Hulu.

While Matt is not currently pursuing acting, the experience was life-changing and gave him a rare glimpse of how major TV shows are made.

Matt has 3 dogs (it’s a long story) Milo, Enzo and Sky, and while based in Miami, is constantly traveling and counts Rio de Janeiro, London and Dubai as his favorite cities.
